DELIVERY POLICY

DT Health and Fitness Solutions Ltd (company number 15769337), trading as DT Fitness London, supplies digital products, app subscriptions, and coaching services. Nothing we sell is posted, so there are no shipping fees, no couriers, and no delivery windows to wait for.

1. Personalised Diet Plans

Delivered as a PDF to the email address used at checkout, normally within 5 minutes of payment. If it has not arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact info@dushyantatomar.com and we will resend it.

2. App Subscriptions (Striate AI and Coach Chat)

Access is activated automatically on the email address used at checkout, normally within minutes. Sign in to the Striate app with that same email and your access appears in your account. If it does not, contact info@dushyantatomar.com.

3. Digital Books and Downloads

Delivered by email or download link shortly after purchase.

4. Coaching and Personal Training

Delivered in person or online at the times booked. Session bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Not applicable. Nothing physical is dispatched, so no customs charges or import duties can arise.
